Shipping policy

• Small items (coasters, cards, and similar): free standard shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

• Upgrade to 1st Class tracked delivery for £2.50 at checkout

• Larger items: shipping cost calculated at checkout based on size and weight

• Delivery times follow standard Royal Mail timeframes once dispatched

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5–14 business days for Europe and up to 21 business days for destinations further afield.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping cost.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking where available. You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
